Hi,
I am running the 10.4.8 print server and while I had 4 queues set up everything went fine so I added a 5th queue going to a HP3800DN colour laserjet, and now I have a problem.
Pages printed to the first 4 queues show up in the page log in Server Admin but pages going to the 5th queue don't show up in the page log. The jobs print fine, I can see the jobs in error log and access log but not in the page log. I have started and stopped the print server and also rebooted the server, all to no avail.
What have I done wrong or which setting must I tweak to get these jobs to show up in the page log?
The printer is, to the best of my knowledge, set up exactly the same as the HP4000DTs we have that do get reported in the page log.
