There is a patch for it on the site. Same thing happened to me & I
called.

It's not "broken" in that it works, but it crashes if ACLs are in use,
unless you get a special updated version (be sure to select the
preference not to backup ACLs):

So, it's only "broken" in so much as their claims of Intel
"compatibility" combined with their claims that Retrospect backs up ACLs
