Hello all,
I know this is more an apache question.
I try to get the REMOTE_ADDR in a simple .shtml page, but it always
returns me the local ip of my server instead of the client address.
So I checked the Apache how to page and added this to my http.config:
AddType text/html .shtml
and
Options +Includes
I also made sure, that the include module is loaded.
Actually serveradmin shows filetype .shtml and the option for SSI is
enabled for the site in question.
But I still get the local ip address of my server .... ?¿
Somewhere I obviously miss something ....
Thanks and all the best
Matthias
