Last time I checked the CommunitagePro download had a nice IMAP mover
tool in it.

Alternatively you could try imapsync <http://freshmeat.net/projects/imapsync/>:

NAME
   imapsync - IMAP synchronisation, sync, copy or migration tool.
   Synchronise mailboxes between two imap servers. Good at IMAP migration.
