The default /etc/sshd_config on both Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server
clearly says that only protocol 2 is enabled.
The man-page to sshd says that both protocols are supported (not
enabled), and although the man-page to sshd_config states that by
default both protocols are enabled, this default is changed via
/etc/sshd_config.
