On my G4 server -- went fine.
On my G5 and Intel servers -- after installing 10.4.10 through
software update, when I rebooted, my keychain was hosed and I had
some kind of default dock (with "?" for non-existant installs of
iphoto, imovie and imovie HD!)
After panicking for a few minutes (and rebooting the servers about a
dozen times), I downloaded the combo updater from Apple and reapplied
that.
Everything came back as normal after that -- even my original dock
settings. (?)
Well, except for the oddity that the combo server .dmg file I
downloaded from Apple was nowhere to be found on the computer after
things came back to "normal"! I ran an immediate backup of my
systems after the update to see if I could find if these files were
actually on the hard disk somewhere (the Intel server combo update is
400M -- it should be easy to fined). They were just gone
completely!
Be careful (and I'd recommend you download the combo updater!)
