You don't.

There's no need to. Just run your own adduser script to do what you want after -- or part of -- account creation.


Yes, I taught about script, but it requires me to create the accounts - while normally it is done by secretary clicking through WGM. Another practice (good or bad) at our place is that home is not created until 1st login - this allows any non-tech staff to see if the user has ever logged in (simply by checking the Users directory).
