PowerMac G5 No Startup

Hello Everyone I have a PowerMac G5 Tower that does not start up. When you press the power button the power light comes on but goes out when I let go of the power button. There is no startup tone the fans spin for a about a minute before kicking into high speed and there it will sit until powered off, any ideas? Thanks, Alex
