SNTP server suggestions?

I have a bunch of Linksys network switches that support SNTP (Simple Network Time Protocol) for time synchronization, but do not support "regular" NTP. I've checked the man page for the version of ntpd that ships under Mac OS X Server, and it doesn't seem to support the "simple" flavor of NTP. My searches have come up fruitless, so does anyone have any suggestions for an SNTP server that I can compile & install under OS X?
