I've just started using mySQL and my attempt to connect to the
server through 'mysql_connect("", "", "") fails with error "Can't
connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)".
phpinfo() tells me that mySQL is enabled and its socket is '/tmp/
mysql.sock'.
I installed PHP5 through Marc's Installer and everything seems to be
right.
Couldn't find any useful documentation for this.
Can you help me?
