Just tried that. Still no go. This was to be my new production server for
Moodle for my organization's teaching staff. I guess I'll have to
wipe+reload if I can't get this figured out soon.

If I get no other suggestions, I may try using the preloaded apache2
instead. Can't be any worse off than I already am...
