Hello,

Your machine is not running Mac OS X Server. So, it does not have MySQL installed by default. You'll have to purchase Mac OS X Server, or install MySQL on your Mac OS X client machine.

Just out of curiosity... What is the background of the situation? What are you're trying to do?
