Ya know, this thread is getting kinda tedious. The obvious steps are;

1. Setup a sandbox server.
2. Test it in your environment and with your expectations.

Question: Does it work for you?

Yes: Use it

No: Find another alternative

That's nice. But if you don't know what else is really out there, or how
other people use things, then you have a rather narrow view. It's like
saying that steam engines are the best without any research into gas, diesel
or electric. You can't always test everything, so finding out what other
people do and how they do it has real value

But the discussion had gotten down to his needs are simple, your needs are "insane". The best way for the OP to find out if his simple needs are met is to test, rinse and repeat.
That is the reason I thought this thread was getting tedious.
