I like the Cisco ASA 5500 series, e.g. the Cisco ASA 5505 for small
organizations.  The 5505 can be configured to allow connections from Mac OS
X's built-in VPN client, but we usually roll out the free Cisco VPN Client
because it provides a uniform experience for Mac and Windows users.
