Hi folks.
I'm hoping someone might be able to help with a problem that's
driving me absolutely crazy.
Tiger Server is steadfastly refusing to allow me to install a
renewed SSL cert. Back in the OSXS 10.2 days, this was easy -- just
paste the cert text into the appropriate window and restart Apache.
But now, no matter how I try to go about it, nothing works.
-I've tried creating a new identity with all the appropriate
information and adding the signed certificate. This returns an error
while writing settings (-1).
-I've tried importing the existing identity using the new cert file
and the existing key file. This returns a "Certificate Import
Failed" dialog box.
-I've checked the Server Docs PDFs. The appendix in the Mail admin
guide (to which one is directed from the Web admin guide) mentions a
CA Assistant app that's supposed to reside in Applications/
Utilities, but it doesn't seem to exist.
Anyone have any experience with this, or ideas on how to proceed?
Thanks in advance!
