Note that for the two 'simple' Leopard Server setups, there's a parameter that allows you to make every iChat user autoBuddy every other iChat user. This parameter is not in the GUI for the more complicated setup that most of us use, presumably because autoBuddying everyone would be a few hundred people which would slow the system down too much. However, I seem to remember someone posting the text file configuration change to this list.
