i am sending this on behalf of a colleague from work.
We have a Mac 10.4 user using Entourage to send emails on our
Exchange 2000 system. The user seems to get a lot of error messages,
ie “Delivery Status Notification (Failure)…Unable to deliver message
to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect
successfully to the destination mail server,” or a “Delivery Status
Notification (Delay)” error message when sending emails to Yahoo,
Google, Hotmail, and even BOL(UCLA email) users.
We think it is from the winmail.dat file when sending messages with
fonts and colors and other formatting. Does anyone know the cause or
seen this before?
