Yes, but many people have access to pre-release versions through

You don't get it, do you.

I do. You're being condescendingly obstructive and trying to make some
sort of point.

No: No-one here can discuss something that falls under a very strict NDA.

I am not governed by any NDA, I signed no documents and made no verbal agreements not to discuss anything so tell me why I can't discuss Leopard or how apple can force upon me to accept and be bound by these terms.

You give them authority over yourself and that's your choice but please don't give them authority over anyone else unless you have specific permission from those individuals to do so because most people don't like others giving away freedoms without the authorization to do so.

What is appropriate is for some on this list to stop fishing for info that no-one can tell you.

That's what you need to get. That's it, that's all. Anyone who knows, can't say. Period.

That is pure bu!!sh!t, only those who agreed to be controlled by the NDA can't say.

All apple can do is reject the posting of any message to the list that contains Leopard information that they don't want made public and in rejecting such posts they affect some basic human rights so rejecting it because they have the power to do so or rejecting because they want to keep it a secret might open them up to a lawsuit (currently being challenged - electronic mail tampering).
