No I answered him properly.

First, it's not an error message.

Secondly what it says is patently correct all the time no matter what conditions exist. Something MAY be wrong. Chances are they aren't but that's what MAY implies.

As for John's comments, they were right on the money too: garbage in, garbage out. If you expected any more useful of a reply some modicum of information is needed.
