Now, as far as I can tell, I'm sending a proper HELO with my
server's FQDN, and their server is coming back with a nonsense
error. According to RFC 821, the error code means:
I don't know what your server is sending back as a HELO but the PTR
record for your IP address in DNS is as follows:

;194.187.246.64.in-addr.arpa. IN PTR
;; ANSWER SECTION:
194.187.246.64.in-addr.arpa. 38393 IN PTR genesee.corpnet.kinsman.net.

Run the command 'postconf -n' on your server and post up the results
so we can see how you've set up your server. We'll be able to help
better that way.
