Because you're obfuscated the pertinent information here it're reallhy hard to properly comment beyond the fact that you obviously aren't properly saying HELO. Perhaps post the *real* dialog???

Very well, here it is, with the real recipient's email address, the only part I obfuscated. Note that we can send email to said recipient through an outside mail server. Other valid recipients on other valid domains hosted with secureserver.net also bounce back when our server tries to deliver mail to them.
