OK - I think I found the thing Josh was talking about. The catch was
to look for the Principles links. In my case, it was:
http://my.server.com:8008/principals/__uids__/8A3BD4D6-4D6D-4EFF-A6BE-3548386944CB/
So, I dropped that in the iCal account setup form - and it appeared to work.
Now, I tried to setup delegation for someone to modofy my calendar,
but it wouldn't "find the name". ie, I type in the username (short
name) of another user on the same server, and it didn't find it.
I think for testing, I'm just going to setup the server as standalone
and try that method. Works for us, since our one server will be on
10.5 eventually. I was just trying to use the IDs we already had and
get working on iCal server without all the work... oh well.
Thanks Josh and others!
