-h sounds like the answer.

LBackup will check the logs for errors and has a built in mail notification system. This system may be configured to send mails periodically and also on errors.

If you wanted you could then add an automated check for emails. If the automated check has not receive an email notification, then an administrator may be notified that investigation of this particular backup needs attention.

--stats is probably the best option, with the output in bytes. --stats
-h -h will give you the numbers in K M and G (as powers of 1024). The -
h option is and rsync-3 feature AFAIK.


I was able to configure the Backup server and client by RSYNC utility, It
is working just fine.


How I can configure it to log the total amount of data [In terms of GB/mb]
backed up in every time it runs.
