Re: Resolved (sort of): My mirror rebuild issue on my xserve

Hello

use:
sudo diskutil removeFromRAID A708EFFC-C04B-4DE1-87E6-473DFE263A5A

read diskutil man pages

For those that may recall...

I pulled a disk from my xserve mirro before doing my 10.4.11 --> 10.5.2 server upgrade.

Disk Utility wouldn't rebuild the mirror.

I was able to (sort of) rebuild the mirror via the Terminal with the:

diskutil repairmirror raidVolume newDevice

command and I believe the mirror is repaired:

diskutil listraid
RAID SETS

However, I'm looking to see if anybody else has been left in this situation and knows if:

diskutil removefromraid <the big A708... UUID identifier> disk3

Is what I'm supposed to do here to finish this off? Or should I just pull "disk1" out, reformat it and then run another "repairmirror" command again?

Anybody run across this "-none-" Node before?
