Does anyone know where I can find the following things.

  1. A translator that can read the vb login scripts correctly and pass them down to the Mac clients.  (I have never heard of duch a thing exisiting)
No such thing. VB scripts will not work on Macs and AD GPO's, including login scripts will not work on Macs. You will need to write the needed scripts specifically for Mac using languages such as bash or perl. I don't know AdmitMac much but I believe you can run WGM with it to configure login scripts but i don't know much else about it.
  1. An easy to use script editor
vi, emacs, bbedit, textwrangler. Basically a text editor.
  1. A great web site to find and configure login and logout scripts.
Nothing specific but search list archives at lists.apple.com (as well as google), afp548.com and macenterprise.org. There is no "library" of login/logout scripts out there that I know of.
