Conrad has said many times that the client-management list is for WGM issues and general client support. You might get a better response there.


While I can understand wanting appropriate questions for/at appropriate lists,
I always scratch my head over things like this.


If an admin tool appears not to work (Server Admin or WM), can we not discuss that here ?

The issue here appears to be the functionality of a tool operating on the server, that is expected to act upon the server itself, not client machines in this specific case.
