That is caused by other network issues.

Hi Dan! Just to clear things up, are you saying one *shouldn't* see a "network transition occured" in the logs whenever a VPN client connects?

Depends on what you mean by that.

It's simple, any time there's an incoming VPN connection there's a "network transition occured" in the system.log. Is that particular line expected if we service VPN connections?
