Hello,

DHCP Option 128 is generally used in VoIP to provide the address of the TFTP server which holds the phone device's SIP/IAX configuration file, or specifically the address:port of the SIP server. This allows the phone to grab all of the necessary information for VoIP service when it is put on the network.

Lance: What's the problem you're seeing? could you be more specific?
