The plist below used to work properly on Tiger (i.e. one instance of
the irc binary would be launched and kept alive). However, since
moving this plist to a Leopard server, launchd continuously launches
instances of ircd, eventually taking over the CPU. Perhaps it's a
bug in my plist that hasn't surfaced until now, perhaps it's
something else.
