10.5 Server + Mounted Volumes for AD users

We are working in a Windows AD environment and are trying to find a way to allow our AD users to log in to any Mac on our Campus and have a personal mounted drive for storage.  I have bound our 10.5 server to AD with no problems, but now I am lost as to how to create mounted share for our AD users.  What is important is that this cannot interfere if the user was to login to a windows machine.  We would like for this to only be on the macs.

Can someone help point me in the right direction?

Thanks
