What the? They never WERE there, not in Tiger. Or were they? I remember having to install those by hand. What "dynamic SO's" are we talking about? You don't expect to have every stupid 'so' to be provided by Apple? Do that yourself. Because they have configured it to work with a functionality subset in mind, and it works. All the rest please do your own work. This sounds like deployment without proper testing scenario that Dan loves to point out so much. For those who haven't tested the vital parts "Wiki and CalDAV" will eventually suck. As well as everything else. Also I dunno, but my life with Tiger server has been all but rosy and I don't expect Leopard to start magically serving toasts. |
