As you point out, there are many solutions to address your problems. At least you're checking out what OS X Server has to offer. Regarding the OS X collaboration suite, it is a 1.0 release. I'm not concerned that there are problems with it at this early juncture, but then I'm able to wait for it to improve. I would be concerned if it didn't improve, but I don't think that will be the case.


Regarding the IE7 problems, does Firefox have these problems?
