We don't need no stink'n Norton Ghost because the Mac OS comes with cloning software built-in. It's called Disk Utility. Look under the restore tab.

The 'Source:' is the drive/partition you want to clone. The Destination is the drive/partition you want to clone to.

Or you could use the command line version called 'asr' which stands for 'Apple Software Restore.'

Or you could use any of the multitude of free cloning software available on the Internet. Google for them.

I don't understand what you mean by your second question.
