The Server Admin tool contains a lot of granularity for administering
the firewall. Without further indications of what you're trying to
do, I can't say for certain that everything you want to do is there,
but it's very robust. It sounds like you're approaching OS X Server
administration for the first time. There is excellent documentation
available to get you started.
