So that doesn't mean you need a better tool to administer them, that
means you need to get a clue. Sorry to sound harsh but "tools" are
just that, they don't obviate the need for a skilled operator of the
tool.
You might be better served by reading the man pages.

Does apple plan to include an update soon that enhances the "Server
Admin" application?
Apple doesn't comment on futures. However you're leading question
doesn't address and definition of a problem.
