That's an awfully interesting attitude to take.  If you want to talk
about businesses to run, then why not think of your subscription to
this list as a technical support contract and start paying for it as
such?  We don't sit around here and reply to messages with the intent
of making your business money.

For all of his prickliness and general insensitivity to other humans,
he makes a great point: it seems as if you haven't done enough due
diligence on your own part to be supporting these technologies.
