Dhan, in the time you took to insult me,

I fail to see where I use any derogatives or otherwise insult you.

you could have just copied a link and posted it in the mailing list. "Rusty" provided a GREAT reference link for me (Thank you Rusty). I went to the link he posted and it had everything command line I needed to do, the SSH option is the best way to do it in my case scenario.

There's no google where you are? I'm supposed to do *all* your legwork?

Dhan, I would appreciate it if you refrained from responding if you have nothing of value to say, I have a business to run and I am solely seeking information to aid in running it.

The responses have been on target. I gave you the information you needed so you could "self-help" yourself from there,

You don't have to open my messages. You can add me your killfile. You can choose to not post. But complaining about ppl that try to help you isn't going to encourage others to help you.

*I* have multiple businesses and client's systems to manage. I took time to respond and provide appropriate direction. Rusty had more time to waste I suppose.

As for top posting, it's considered very bad manners here. Some people won't even read posts so poorly composed and unreadable.

Perhaps you should read this list's FAQ at http://macos-x-server.com/ and the overall Internet "How To Ask Questions FAQ" are http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html before you post again or get your feathers further ruffled by those on this list or elsewhere.

That's called a backup.

You realize that MySQL has data replication built in?

You realize you can dump a database and import on another host?

How do you do what???

If you want failover, have you bothered to read the docs on that? If
you want data replication, or dumping your database, have you read the
MySQL docs? No. Please do your homework, this isn't High School where
you can get someone else to do it for you.
