I recently turned on Open Directory and one account, which had a local
directory password, was deleted and recreated with an OD password. All
mail was in IMAP and the account was synced before the move.
Unfortunately, due to a error on the client side all mail was also
deleted from the client. There were over a hundred mailboxes.
Can the server mailboxes, from backup, be placed in the new account
without creating any difficulties? If rebuilding the mailboxes can be
avoided, that would be a plus.
