Hello, thanks to all for the replies to this. I guess I was looking for some form of a magic bullet as I've had no luck with the normal "User Template" working for AD users. I'll just use a script to accomplish the task. I'm using MCX for most of it, but things like Real player setup files, etc. will have to copied/scripted to their correct destinations.

Where are your home directories being pointed to for the AD accounts?
