Can not modify Computer Name

Hi,

I can not change the computer name of an iMac running 10.5.2 : the Computer Name field is disabled (grey) in the Sharing system preferences, so I can not change its value.

If I run :

sudo scutil --set ComputerName "New name"

in the terminal, the name is changed in the GUI.

Then If i logout and login again, the Computer name is the old name.

Does anyone understand what happened ?
