sshd ListenAddress mac os x leopard

Hi,
it looks like Leopard ignores following lines in sshd_config - e.g. setting:
  AddressFamily inet
  ListenAddress 1.2.3.4

and sshd restart gives:
tcp4       0      0  *.22                 *.*                    LISTEN
tcp6       0      0  *.22                 *.*                    LISTEN
what is not desired behavior. So howto change in 10.5 ?
