Launch Server admin.app and select 'Web' Service of your server.
See Web Services tab of Settings and you will find 'Maximum attachment size'.

Regardless, as I try to manually bring these in, I am confronted with a 50 MB size limitation. Does anyone know how to increase or remove the size restriction on the podcasts?
