On Mac OS X 10.5.2 they are all easy to do...
-Require password to wake this computer from sleep or screen saver
Add ManagedClient preference manifests (see the Leopard manuals)
WGM.app -> Preferences -> Details -> Screen Saver
-Disable automatic login
WGM.app -> Preferences -> Overview -> Login -> Options
-Require Password to unlock each System Preferences Pane
WGM.app -> Preferences -> Overview -> System Preferences
