Has anyone come across a limit of aliases you can assign an IP address
in Tiger server ? (10.4.11)
It would seem that once you get beyond about 15 the DNS server stops
working altogether.
I've done a bit of testing in 10.5 and it does not seem to do this.
What I am doing is running a number of web sites and they all need to
resolve to one IP.
I put in the machine and then assign aliases to that address. But once
I get beyond 15 alias entries
it stops working. I need to get about 50 alias entries in place
altogether.
