Xserve 2009 Developer Note?

Hello all -

Does anyone know what happened to the Xserve 2009 Developer Note on developer.apple.com? Historically all the developer notes could be found at:

http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Hardwaredrivers/AppleHardware-date.html

A colleague of mine today called Apple Developer Connection (ADC) who said that Apple corporate has pulled all the 2009 developer notes (also missing are the Unibody MacBooks and MacBook Pros).

I don't understand why Apple would stop publishing developer notes (are they afraid Microsoft or Kim Jong-Il of North Korea is going to steal their secrets?).
