Works well under high volume with unlimited virtual users (no system users required).
I highly recommend this as well. Exim rocks over postfix IMNSHO, and the management of users out of MySQL allows you to virtualize your email users apart from your system users, which comes in handy for many. It also neatly avoids all the OD issues with high volumes.
