Before I gave up on hosting our own email and moved everything over to
Google Apps for Education, we used RoundCube (http://roundcube.net/)
quite successfully. Before that, we used the built-in SquirrelMail but
with a plugin to show quota usage. MOXS 10.5.7 broke that arrangement
and forced the complete migration to RoundCube, which I had been
testing for a while.
RoundCube is really easy to setup. For a guide (but you probably won't

I'm not going to vouch for its correctness or currentness as I didn't
