Bug Report and Mail Server error

Several things:
1. Do bug reports actually mean anything? To me its just hex code and it hardly seems enough to actually be any useful information?!?!

2. The mailserver bounces bug reports:
Recipient: <email@hidden>
Reason: 5.1.1 <email@hidden>... User unknown

3. I got the following when make-ing glib:
version string : Mach 3.0 VERSION(GENERIC_#7): root <osfmk>; Thu Mar 4 23:16:44 CST 1999; mach_kernel/PRODUCTION (globegate)

backtrace:

"We call this principle Plug and Play. Or at least,
Microsoft calls it that because it hasn't got it yet.
In the Mac world we've had it for so long we didn't
even think of giving it a name."
