Haven't had time to breathe since then, since I'm working extra days to
make up for a vacation. :-)

See what happens with that monolithic kernel and BootX with the
Crescendo card. I was able to at least get into the MkLinux kernel with
the crescendo active, but I think it crashed either in video
initialization or possibly even earlier while setting up BATs. Not sure.
