Hey, if you go to
http://www.info.apple.com/support/oldersoftwarelist.html you can
download Mac OS 7.5.3 as previously stated or earlier software in fact,
the first of 19 disks starts here
Macintosh/System/Older_System/System_7.5_Version_7.5.3/System_7.5.3_01of19.smi.bin
<http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/System/Older_System/System_7.5_Version_7.5.3/System_7.5.3_01of19.smi.bin>
You might find the complete set in one d/l but I did not find it quickly.

For the upgrade to 7.5.5 look for which is the single download but there
are smaller ones too (two or three)

Macintosh/System/Older_System/For_System_7.5.2_and_7.5.3/System_7.5.3_Revision_2/Sys_7.5.3_Rev_2-Net_Install.sea.bin
<http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/System/Older_System/For_System_7.5.2_and_7.5.3/System_7.5.3_Revision_2/Sys_7.5.3_Rev_2-Net_Install.sea.bin>

I have also attached the 1.4 version extension that I found early on when I started trying to install MkLinux. It worked fine for me. YMMV.
